Have never been convicted of or charged (but not yet tried) with or cautioned for a criminal offence (excluding driving offences and spent convictions);
Have never been made bankrupt, had CCJ’s/IVA’s or entered into a debt agreement with creditors;
Have never had insurance refused, declined, cancelled or special terms applied by an insurer;
Have not had more than one dispute in the last five years which has or could give rise to a claim under Landlord Legal and Rent Protection insurance (or equivalent insurance);
Have obtained a satisfactory reference for each tenant (or their guarantor) from a licensed tenant referencing agency which meets the criteria detailed in the Landlord Legal and Rent Protection policy wording;
Am not aware of any existing circumstances which could give rise to a claim under Landlord Legal and Rent Protection insurance;
