Selected services are stored on backend

Multpiple fixes for missing "Next" button where it requires complex
interactions (not just clicking on one of the buttons).

Refactored listing.machine, greatly simplified interactions with router.
It maybe a bit slower because it "restarts" on every page transition,
but I found it much easier to implement and reason about.
